Provide a common meeting place for Austin food truck/trailer owners to receive and share information. It is a space designed to foster open dialogue for professional growth, training and support.
Supply educational resources and mentorship for owners concerning all aspects of the unique business landscape of the mobile food industry, and disseminating information as that landscape grows and changes.
Create social environments for owners to interact, share and collaborate with one another.
Be a unified voice for the food truck/trailer community by promoting the industry and maintaining industry standards.

Who We Are
The chamber is non-profit and member-run organization.
The Chamber was started by a mix of industry members: Brian Erickson of Trucklandia, Phyllis Kruciak of the food trailer The Celia Jacobs Cheesecake Experience, Joel Paprocki of Insure My Food & Insurance 4 Food Trucks, and Trish Wesevich of Capital Kitchens.
